Applications are available at the Utility Office or online and include:
- Copy of valid Photo ID for all residents over 18
- Copy of the homeowner deed, closing papers or rental agreement
- Meter read-in fee of $20.00
- Utility deposit – required for all rental and land contract locations and as specified by the Director of Finance
- Signature of landlord is required for all rental and land contract service applications
